“We had a good stay, but a thing or two stood out to us: the lack of friendliness of the front desk staff (except for one nice young lady who comped our parking as a courtesy due to the rudeness of another staff member). “Lovely stay with a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. Kaiserhof suite is spacious and quiet. We enjoyed games on the grounds and daily breakfast was two meals for us. The best part was getting to know Michael and Rosie. They truly are wonderful people. ”
