“We stayed at this property for our 40th wedding anniversary. The stay exceeded our expectations. Aaron, the very nice gentleman who was managing the property, went out of his way to acquire a few items for my wife that she just mentioned in a casual conversation. That impressed us a LOT! Thanks again Aaron! Breakfast was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we travel to Galveston. ”

Staying at the 1890 Freeman house was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts. ✨ The architecture is stunning, and the entire place was sparkling clean and impeccably organized. I especially adored the coffee station – a perfect way to start a peaceful morning on a quiet street. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I could tell every detail was thoughtfully curated, right down to the gorgeous clawfoot tub in the bathroom! The water pressure was fantastic,……

“The property was just as the pictures are. The location of the property probably couldn’t have been better. Located right next to the strand, yet it was still quiet. I really liked being able to use the balcony at night. The property was clean. We didn’t drive there but if you had a vehicle there is a nice one car garage attached to the place. We did ask the property owner one question and the response was quick. If I were to ever stay in Galveston again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this……

“Me and my family came down the day before our cruise. It was perfect we had enough space for everyone. Loved being able to sit out on the front porch and conversate. People that walk the street are friendly, everything was great.”

“Our stay was all over wonderful and relaxing. 3 queens size beds, full bathroom, kitchen and living area. Was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a full ac unit, wall unit, And window unit so we were very comfortable temp wise. While the master bedroom bed was a bit firmer than expected the other 2 bunk beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure!”
