The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. The key pick up was easy, only a block away, and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the train and only a 20 minute walk to BC place. “Very comfortable apartment and close to great restaurants, the beach and Stanley park. Communication was great and it was easy to find the key and get into the apartment. We appreciated having a parking spot in their gated area. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We were in town for a quick visit with our daughter. This sweet floating home seemed like a fun way to stay in the area. It didn’t disappoint. It was small but mighty, having all necessities required for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, we used the pullout for my daughter and it was ok. It’s in a great location! Walking path right alone the water. A short stroll to the Quay, which is a great place for exploring and dining. We will definitely be keeping it in mind for another……

“You couldn't ask for a better spot, steps from Broadway in Kitsilano but on a quiet street. Hosts were fantastic communicators, very accommodating, and made extra effort to make us comfortable. Our only note - it's a bit smaller than the pictures show, the kitchen/living room areas are a little bit snug for 4 adults - we were two couples and the weather was too chilly to comfortably make use of the outdoor table and chairs, so we couldn't all sit together at the small table to eat, or on sofa to……

“Beautiful views from the apartment and we loved that one half of the apartment was curved so you could have sweeping views. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; it accommodated our families very well (4 kids, 2 Moms and Grandparents). It was quiet inside even though it was in the middle of the city. Appreciate that you have 2 parking spots under the building. Would be more convenient if they had an extra key fob - the fob was needed to enter or leave apartment (elevator, garage and……

Frankly, I would have stayed at home had I known this was going to be the case. At least two nights wasted on a five night trip. Nice enough manager. But one key?
