“Incredible stay! Perfect for anyone looking for some peace and quiet, and a good home base to explore the Sunshine Coast. Our hosts even left thoughtful information on things to do nearby! This property met all our needs (and surpassed our expectations), including a full kitchen adequately stocked with pretty much everything you could need (even the pesky can opener you forgot) to cook basic meals in during your stay! “2nd stay at Howies wonderful spot in North Van.The unit is impeccably clean and well equipped with cutlery, utensils, dishware etc.Howie is excellent at staying in touch and responding to needs.The unit is quiet and conveniently located.”

“Was not as advertised, a scam”

“Property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and it was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go!! Even the walk back after the concert wasn’t bad! Bit of noise from the street but there is a fan in the closet that drowns that out for the most part!! Julia was more than helpful with anything we needed and with any questions we had. ”

“Great location, comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of space. Host was very accommodating and now there are two key fobs to get in and out. Only note is the condo was warm and temperature wasn't able to regulate except by opening window. I would stay here again. ”

“We had not stayed on that part of the island prevopusly. There were very good trails near by. Charming Nest could have more island maps.Very comfortable quarters. Stove top was not all that useful but there is a microwave abd electric kettle.Overall we were comfortable and also enjoyed the backyard. Thanks”
