“Clean with lovely view. Close to restaurants and shopping.Doors inside apt need some WD40 on the hinges because they were very squeaky. Other than that everything terrific.”

Very old building with creaky floors, but tons of character. Great communication with the building manager. Highly recommend and I hope this unit is available next time I need to rent. ”

“This was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway! I was attending a music festival at a venue about 3 blocks away. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with an excellent shower. Yes, there is a lot of homelessness in the area, but I was already familiar with the area and the owner was very transparent about what to expect. Regardless, we felt very safe and secure in the spot and same with the parking”

“This vrbo location was smack dab in the middle of the 3 softball fields we attended, cloverdale, north delta and softball city. Great places to eat nearby, highly recommend Par 4 on 152nd and pizza at cone & pizza i the next building. The room was exactlyas shown on vrbo and Hubert was extremely great with communications. “Excellent location! Couldn’t ask for a closer place to Rogers Arena and downtown Vancouver. The host was very responsive answering all my questions and very accommodating. Professional management. Attaining the keys was initially stressful after reading other reviews but actually it was quite easy. Located in a small convenience store right across the street from the condo there is a lock box at the back of the store that is automated. There was a concierge service next door to the key……
