“I stayed at Shadi’s cozy little place in North Vancouver with my 6-year-old while travelling from Australia to Toronto. It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need if you’d like to cook for yourself — including an induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. “The apartment worked out very well for me and was easy to find. The first time getting in was a bit tricky, but once I got a handle on the process it was fine. The location was interesting. Right on the edge of the China district. If you aren't comfortable with encountering homeless people, this area wouldn't work for you. They never were a problem and Ifelt very safe in the apartment building, but there are a lot of them around.I really enjoyed the rooftop deck The views were nice and it……

“The room was clean and very bright and not noisy at all. There were a few homeless people hanging around outside the locked metal door, but we felt safe and it was a 5 min walk to access Gastown and a 15 minute walk to downtown. There is a great bakery Tommy's about 5 doors away and the Almond croissants are so good. There is also a market at the end of the block to get any groceries you may need. We really enjoyed our visit to Vancouver. ”
