“My son and I stayed here for a weekend to explore the fall leaf color. As a former VRBO host and a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this was my best stay ever. The studio is about one hour away from Grandfather Mountain and Ashville. We flew into Charlotte, which is also about an hour away. The drive to the property is pretty. “This is a nice unit in Swiss Mountain Village. There are four units per cabin (not connected) but we did not hear our neighbors within the same cabin, if we had any. There are fans available which is nice for noise makers if needed. There is a nice fishing pond and it is located within a very pleasant, quiet neighborhood / area with cabins that are similar. Very family friendly, and within very easy driving distance to App Ski Mountain and downtown Blowing Rock.”

The house itself is in great condition, was very clean and came with more items than a majority of VRBO houses we’ve stayed in (I.e. didn’t have to spend money on trash bag, PT, Etc.).
