“Overall we enjoyed or stay. The deck on back seemed a little scary appearing to be near needing replaced in a few places. The stairs in were steep with only one rail on either side so they made me a little uneasy. I was glad not to have small children or elderly with me, however we knew before going in it wasnt 1st floor! Overall it was a very convenient location and clean! The view was amazing! The place appeared basically as advertised! There was a nice pool we didnt use it as we just swam in……

“Beautifully renovated loft apartment with professional decorated space. Nice fenced in greenspace and patio. Easy accessible parking. Bedrooms do face a busy street. Also, it is on the second floor with large wooden staircase with two platforms. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, older adults, or handicapped individuals.”

“The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different...”

“The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great!”
