“The communication was excellent from the time we booked the villa to the time of departure. The photos accurately depict the property - what you see is what you get. Ample parking was available. The neighborhood was quiet and well-lit at night. The villa is a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and the beach. The villa was nicely decorated. The videos provided by Beachside Hilton Head regarding pick up of the Sea Pines parking pass and entrance into the villa were extremely helpful. The welcome……

“Lovely furnishings, comfortable, plus extras like beach chairs and a hairdryer. Super close to the Salty Dog restaurant, general store, and ice cream stand. We appreciated the added credits toward activities.”

“Everything was fantastic. There was some initial confusion, as the provided instructions for obtaining needed car pass was not correct. We highly recommend this unit. Extremely clean and well appointed. Sea Pines is a great neighborhood with so many amenities. ”

“Lovely views of the South Beach harbor and easy access to the Salty Dog. The property may have recently switched owners? Furniture looked new, beds were comfy but it needs a bit of maintenance. Cabinets and drawers had loose screws that we re-attached. Walls need some painting and vents need cleaning. But very clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay. . ”

“The home location cannot be beat! And the layout is perfect. But there were unexpected issues that lowered our rating. Light bulbs were burned out; batteries in remotes had gotten corroded (no spares found so I purchased new ones and cleaned the remotes); the kitchen was not well stocked; A/C vents were forced closed and could not be opened; there were no instructions for operating the TVs; and the lis goes on. Nice place for sure but it needs better care and attention.”
