“I had an excellent stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is new (less than a year) with a modern design and the feel of a boutique hotel. The room was of a good size and very clean. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of viennoiseries, sweets, fruits, along with all the usual hotel offerings. However, the buffet is a bit pricey. The staff was highly professional and helpful. The terrasse on the roof top was closed for maintenance so it was not possible to enjoy the city views. Great……

Un Check in décousu , une seule personne pour 8 clients , un long temps d attente, les collègues qui passent et regardent……

“The hotel was pretty new. It was quite simple, but nevertheless comfortable. My room was quiet. The location was good near the transport hub of 1er Mai. There were a lot of fast food establishments nearby and also some restaurants. The breakfast was pretty basic. Not all of the staff members spoke English. When I called them to verify my late arrival, I had to try a few times to get a staff member who spoke English.”
