“I wanted to start off by saying, Antonio was great and very helpful after a previous crazy stay at another Vrbo. I hadn't received my entry instructions and was getting worried so he called me and told me they were saying they had issues with the Vrbo communication platform. We talked a bit, and he texted me the check-in info to help ease my mind.I got to the place around 1 am after a night in the city. It was quiet, cozy & as described, almost.The walls were kind of dirty, the lamp was missing……

“My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. The property had just a few steps to enter, and best of all, there was a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level, along with ample room for a walker or wheelchair.The home itself was……

“My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. ”

We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. “A beautiful property plan on staying several days and spend some time in the kitchen cause it's a chefs or any cooks place to cook in. 3 big bedrooms and plenty of towels to use unlike some places ive stayed in the past. ”

“Amazing house ”

“The place was adorable and clean but had a very musty smell and tons of tiny ants, even in bathroom. The flooring was separting, probably from poor installation. ”

“The property had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We experienced no issues and look forward to staying here again in the future. The host was very prompt to respond whenever we had any questions.”

“We stayed about a week and the location could not be beat. It is only about two blocks from the Red line, shops and lots of restaurants, too. The kitchen had just just enough for us to prepare a few simple meals ourselves then hang out on the big comfy couch. We did bring some of our own blankets and pillows--there were no extras. Nothing fancy, but overall nice and relaxing.”

“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay……

Joyful trip in New York

"I enjoyed breakfast very well for plenty of food, fruits and coffee as well as juice. It is very close to subway, souvenir shop and the Time Square."

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
