“The hotel was surprisingly nice. Our room was large and had a deck overlooking the water. We were surprised that there was a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom was a little dated, but overall the place is great and we will be back.”

“I really like the family that runs this place and they keep it very clean. The beds are comfortable the water is hot and it's probably the best place in Florence that's on the cheap. However there was no internet. I called the front desk and she reset the modem but there was never any signal. They had technical issues with that. Otherwise fine”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated Merlot Room cabin. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Kitchen had all the basics you would be looking for. Access was easy and contactless. There was the main room with a murphy style bed and a second bedroom. We were slightly worried the murphy bed might not be comfortable, but we wanted to stay in the main room to soak up the amazing view of the lake. “The receptionists at the front desk was very nice and cheerful! Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. The property was clean, aside from one dark hair on the hand towel in the bathroom. It was a huge bummer to not have coffee available in the morning, and also inconvenient that the ice machine wasn’t functioning. Thankfully, there is a 7-11 within walking distance! With the quiet, clean environment, pleasant customer service, and inviting ambiance, I would absolutely recommend this motel to……
