“This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! ”

“We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town. ”

“Ein sehr nettes kleines Häuschen, mitten in den Bergen. Gepflegtes Areal mit vielen Olivenbäumen, diversen Obstbäumen, komplett eingezäunt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kürze zu erreichen, ebenso diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer die Natur liebt und seine absolute Ruhe mag ist hier total richtig. Hier mangelte es uns an nicht's. Küche komplett eingerichtet, sehr schöner Grill. Massimo ist ein sehr netter und herzlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden uns bestimmt……

“Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige……

The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend.”
