“It was a lovely, reasonably priced motel. The man at the counter (I assume the owner) was very welcoming and helpful. It had a large bar fridge and microwave which was useful. The room was clean and tidy. The only downside I found was that the mattress was quite hard.
I forgot how much nicer it is to stay at a motel than a hotel because it is much less tiresome to unpack the car since the parking spot is right outside the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and stay there……
“The room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast (free) was adequate - hot eggs, boiled one day, scrambled (made from dried eggs?) the next. Usual selection of cold foods and fruits. Orange juice was diluted. Plastic (NO-NO) cutlery.
Room was dark and one lamp was missing a bulb - took 3 calls to get it replaced, then the guy had no idea how to do it!
Curtains in room needed maintenance.”
