“Me and two of my friends visited Chicago for a weekend and this place was the perfect place! Loved that we were able to park our car and then take a ride share into downtown. “We stayed here during a volleyball tournament and were overall happy. It was about a 15min walk to McCormick Place, and the area overall wasn’t too busy. There’s a cute coffee shop just down the block, Momentum. We did choose to walk to Shedd’s Aquarium, which is about 1.5mile away. Quick response with communication. People downstairs were loud one night, and be prepared with the L being right outside the place but it wasn’t too bad.”

“Stayed for two nights with a few college friends. We’re able to find street parking pretty easily but the parking is full all up and down. Apartment is on third floor, so need to be able to carry luggage up and down. Space was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the dining and living room. Beds were huge and so comfy! Just be careful taking garbage out the back stairs, as steps were slippery from rain. ”

“This was perfect for our needs! Convenient for the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, and less than 15 mins to the River. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the Italian Gio’s restaurant within 500 feet as well as an amazinice cream shop also within 500 feet. We had everything we needed at this rental. Amazing Chinese dining delivery! Did notice the top step needed a little fixing but nothing that was a problem. Plenty of towels, hot water, comfortable beds. Excellent. ”

“If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. “The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. “Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. Grill was easy to use with the hard lined gas and hot tub was clean and enjoyable. If you do bring more than 2 cars, the remote lot is at the Miller train stop about a mile south. Was a bit……

“We enjoyed our visit to Gary. The property was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Not an area for dining or shopping, but quick access to the whole city.
