“The name Cozy house is perfect for this rental. Everything about the house cozy and petfect for my sister and I. I wish we would have got to the house earlier so we could have spent more time on the front porch or by the fire pit. We will definately keep this house in mind when we are looking for a place to stay again in 2026 during our next reunion”

“We rented this house for our Family Reunion. We had a blast it is very clean. No shoes in house is hard to remember if you are not use to it but they do provide slippers and flip flops. The house was having air conditioner issues and they tried their best to keep it cool for us and was in communication with us about it. We loved all the antique/farm style house. Hot Tub and fire pit was a huge hit in the back yard. Large enough for all 13 of us. Would stay here again!”

“The accommodation was clean and in a fantastic location. The host responded to queries super fast. The only reason I didn’t give the highest score was due to hair on the beds, but it wasn’t a big issue—we quickly washed and dried them and were good to go! Would definitely stay again.”

“The place is pretty good overall, but does have some flaws. The beds aren't very comfortable, the walls are very thin with another rental connected to it can cause problems, there were a few things that were broken as well that I didn't hear back from the property manager, but they didn't affect us too much and they were very responsive up until then so it may have just been them not checking the app's inbox. “Had a great stay at this location for a friends reunion. Plenty of space, conveniently located near the beach and casino and a great overall setup! ”

“My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Jason and Jamie were great and I loved how frequently they reached out to make sure everything was alright. Unfortunately, the first night we stayed, there was an extremely loud party next door and I was kept awake for most of the night by men screaming outside the windows & people stomping around the unit upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and could hear pretty much every footstep from the upstairs unit. Thankfully most guests vacated after that night……
