“Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!”

“This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. All tires were flat and seats……

“Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. She even gave us a little extra time as we were running a little late on checkout. Thank you for opening your home to us ”

“Cute cute cute guest house. Has everything you need from beach stuff, kitchen, washer/dryer, privacy. Communication with host was easy and quick. Super quick drive to the beach. So so close. We would definitely stay here again. Great house in a great location.”

“Great location with a 3 minute walk to the beach or harbor side. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Manasota Key is a great little island with great food and friendly people.”

“This was such a cute Villa. It was just like home. It had everything I needed to make a meal. The Villa was very clean and even provided some popcorn, oatmeal, coffee, tea and condiments enough for afew days. The communication between us and property owner /manager was "spot on". It was just a short walk to the beach. I would differently stay there again.”

“Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.”

“We have been to this property multiple times but this is the first since the hurricane. Things were slightly different but no less amazing! Such a warm cozy feel to this beachfront cottage. We thought the beach was close BEFORE the hurricane!…It is now literally steps from the new patio!! You can’t find a better vantage point for the stunning sunsets than the patio table at this property! The worst part of staying here is having to leave at the end of our trip. Absolutely LOVE this place and we……

“Love that the house was just steps from the dock and the beach was a short walk. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella so that we didn't have to bring those with us. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. Communication was great with questions answered quickly. Would definitely book here again.”

"I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
