“The unit was just as expected. Very nicely equipped and accommodating. LOVED that it had Xfinity cable tv in addition to the streaming. Thoroughly enjoyed that! The pool was absolutely wonderful…just the perfect temperature at all times. The beaches are just a short drive away..and love that Publix and Bealls are right across the street. Just had a GREAT stay, and will rent again!!”

“Place was very clean. Short walk to the beach with lots of extras- towels, chairs, umbrellas. Beds were comfortable. Bsthrooms clean. Kitchen was very usable although with our short trip we didn’t have an opportunity to use it much The pool closest to the property was under construction but there was a pool a short walk away that we used. The pool doesn’t have much shady area. The beach is nice, beautiful dolphins swimming close by, nice walking. Just be careful of the fishermen. My daughter……

“The condo was great - brand new and stocked with every convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary beverages. Washer and dryer, big nice new showers, comfy beds, beautiful screened in porch overlooking the water. Fast wifi, nice Samsung frame TV in the living area. “Start to finish, we could not ask for a better experience with Donna's place in Boca Grande. It's in a wonderful location that allows it to be quiet while also being close enough to town to easily access everything you need. Donne left us a lovely welcome basket and communicated very efficiently the day of our check-in and check-out.The place itself is clean, well appointed, and has a view that will have you reaching for your phone to snap a sunrise picture or two. “Condo was newly remodeled and very clean. The beach was a few steps from our door and the pool was also close to us. The only issue was the repairs being conducted to fix the damage from the hurricanes. The work crew often started around 7:30-7:45 am and were very noisy, but we do understand that the repairs had to be made. We would definitely return next year, a great place to stay. ”
