“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”
“Eravamo già stati nell’Hotel l’anno scorso nello stesso periodo. Ci hanno assegnato la stessa camera upgraded e abbiamo apprezzato. Ci piacciono l’eleganza, gli ampi spazi, la splendida piscina e il servizio eccellente. Rispetto all’anno scorso si è perso il benefit del parcheggio gratuito .. ora è a pagamento diretto con sbarra (20 € giorno). Se si muove spesso la macchina si finisce per pagare molto più del fee giornaliero. Clientela prevalentemente internazionale data la località a un passo……
“The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. Decoration in their rooms are fantastic.”

“Ci siamo trovati bene. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo. La camera spaziosa ed i servizi ottimali. Anche la colazione a buffet era varia e comprendeva una buona selezione di dolce e salato. Anche se le indicazioni su Google Map non sono aggiornate, perche' usano una strada a senso unico per raggiungere la localita', l'albergo e' facilissimo da trovare ed ha un ampio parcheggio. In piu' e' vicinissimo ai tragetti per le isole ed offre una piacevole opportunita' di passeggiare lungo il lago per……
“très bel hôtel très bien placé avec vue sur le lac et à proximité des départs pour les iles Borromées. un régal de prendre les petits dejeuners et repas face au lac.Seul bémol.Les chambres et salles de bains sont très propres mais d'une autre époque.”

My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
