“Bigatt is the nicest surprise I have ever had for a hotel stay. The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. ”

“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”

“What a lovely stay in Castagnola, near Lugano. We were there as a family -- 2 adults + 2 kids and we had a family suite. It was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful! We only had one night in the area and were happy to find a quite place off the beaten path. Nice restaurant/bar and breakfast in the morning was included, which was fantastic. Access to the Olive Trail leading from Castagnola to Gandria was directly across the street -- it was gorgeous!
