A lovely room
"This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage ..."

"Convenient location. Walkable to many attractions. Rooms are fine but staff and its service is the star. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and go beyond the normal to ensure a fantastic experience. Très bel hotel mais...
"Très bel hotel au coeur de gênes, personnel accueillant. Proche de tout, restauration, promenade, bateau etc.. Très grande chambre avec grand lit et 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes.. Pas tres bien insonorisé et escalier en bois bancale. Sinon tres belle chambre"
