“I recently stayed here and I really enjoyed my stay! The self check-in was very convenient. Before I arrived they sent me an email with clear instructions and an access code. This meant I could go straight to my apartment without waiting. It was quick and easy. My apartment was great. It was modern, it looked new and stylish and it was very clean. “這旅館在車站前，交通便利。房間寬敞，設施完備，早餐豐富，還有親筆寫的歡迎函。看似完美的旅店，卻隱含著諸多令房客不滿、不舒服的缺失： 早餐7：30am才供應，對於早起或是趕早班車的人是很不方便的。 一樓電梯口早上常有惡臭氣味，讓人進入餐廳前聞到就沒胃口。 房間內金屬流理台生鏽，浴室淋浴間殘留前房客毛髮等等。 最離譜的是，住宿一晚以上的房客，其房間清潔時間是下午2至6點鐘(櫃檯人員的說明），也就是說長住房客在這段時間不方便回房休息（擔心清潔人員的打擾），既使回房休息也不一定有乾淨的房間或毛巾可以使用。而當天3點check-in的新房客則可以使用清潔好的房間。我的親身經歷是下午回房間休息，4：30pm清潔人員才敲門要進行清潔（真是無言啊）。”

“We stayed in a superior room with balcony and the room was very spacious, had great luggage storage and modern bathroom. Unfortunately, the room was in the Stables building and not the main building - the Stables building is of a lesser standard to the main. The view from the balcony was not a street view, as advertised, but instead of a building covered in blue tarpaulin sheets. Breakfast was a good selection and available until 10.30am.”

“Väldigt fin lägenhet!! Rent, snyggt och städat. Kändes väldigt nyrenoverat. Trevlig balkong in mot gården. I lägenheten finns allt för att laga enklare måltider o frukost. Trevlig pärm på boendet med olika tips på allt från restauranger till upplevelser. Lugnt och trevligt område att bo i. Promenadavstånd in till Centrum. Med hjälp av instruktioner i bokningen var det enkelt att hitta nycklar, koder osv. Men instruktioner vad som gäller med incheckning/utcheckning kunde varit bättre eftersom……

“It's a good location, close to a metro station lift and not too close to the crowded plaza. The building and furniture are new. There are a few good restaurants nearby and a small Tesco to get daily supplies.
