“The phone was so well equipped. I didn’t need to bring half the stuff. If there are some stairs to negotiate that’s for sure, but overall the unit uses very quality items and a mini bar was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.”

“The home was spacious, warm with great views of surrounding nature. The hammocks outside were a relaxing way to take in nature. We had a family winter trip, 10 slept very comfortably, the beds are great and the bedding is plenty. If it’s too cold for you, the homes heater works great! House was very clean as were the bathrooms and rooms. Foosball coffee table was very entertaining! You’re 30-45min from South Lake Tahoe so if you want to be close but not stay in Tahoe this is a good spot. We……

“We all enjoyed the property. The directions needed updating. The property is very long so the gps pinned it at the top of the mountain instead of at the cabin. The access to the river was a big hit with us.”

“Very well decorated and cozy home. Suitable for a standard family. Hot tubs are an absolite must for snow trips and this one waa great, the kids spent a good hour in it each night. Great place to stay, a little far from sierra if there is traffic but without traffic its an easy drive. Thank you!”

“Overall it was a nice getaway for the weekend. The hot tub was great. The amenities were nice. Luckily there's 2 bathrooms . We couldnt get the hot water to work in the master so we used the secondary bathroom. We notified the owner, they said it does work. So not sure what was wrong. Another thing that was concerning, when we walked up to check in, we saw a notice from code enforcement discouraging renters from staying there until the property was up to code.
