“The stay here was amazing. It’s about 30 minutes away from downtown ATX. it was exactly what we needed for our trip. It was very roomy and very cozy. I loved that there was a security system that we were able to arm and disarm whether we were staying in or going out. The neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. The bedrooms are very well designed and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Everything was modern in the home. Scott was also a phenomenal host. ”

“We were in Georgetown for a wedding and wanted a place where we could stay with extended family. This home comfortably slept 8 of us and was less than a 10 min drive to all the festivities downtown. The house was very clean with lots personalized touches that made it feel cozy. The home had everything we needed and then some! Extra linens, plenty of towels, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, a fantastic coffee bar, well stocked kitchen (to include some complimentary snacks), boards games, books, even……

“The house is close to just about anything you need from stores and restaurants to freeway access. And of course close to morning coffee spots. Much needed. Both rooms are good size. And having 2 bathrooms is super helpful. Only downside was no patio furniture for the backyard. It was nice weather but there was no place to sit outside and enjoy it. ”

“The property overall was well-kept and (other than the back yard) matched the photos on the listing.There are a few things that need attention:-There are weeds everywhere in the back yard that definitely took away from the feel.-The front yard was very overgrown when we arrived and was cut the day after. I get being on a schedule, but it should be taken care of prior to renting.-The water softener has a lot of salt lying next to it, but zero in the actual softener. The water was EXTREMELY……

“Staying with a newborn and seven year old in a different state requires a place with peace and quietness. This place delivered. With the newborn, we don’t go out. The local eateries are good. The home here in a nice neighborhood provided the required energy to raise the newborn. The host is amazing responsive. We are grateful for the stay and happy with the home. ”

“The house was clean and very nice. Close to my brother, which is a what I was wanting.However, there was no back porch patio for my mother, she had to take a kitchen chair out to sit on and the yard needed mowing. There were no wash cloths for a shower and no shower curtain in the front bathroom. But overall I will stay there again the next time I visit my brother in Round Rock.
