Large kitchen equipped for homemade meals. Fenced backyard perfect for casual sitting and playing ball with our poodle. Walking distance (20 minutes) from quaint downtown Georgetown. 10 minutes from Brookdale assisted living. 5 minutes from HEB. Rooms are a little smaller than the photos, but this did not bother……
