“House was cute and very basic on inside. Neighborhood was a little questionable but turned out to be very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and nice sheets. Didn’t like towels. Location was very convenient . We were in town for High School Base Ball games”

“Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!”

“My mother, aunt, and uncle, and I stayed to celebrate/attend my son's graduation from UT. The place worked well for them since they are elderly and didnt want to fuss with Austin traffic (aside from graduation). We were close to stores, and enjoyed the pool and nearby park and each had our own bedroom. Vince, the host, was responsive to questions we had. ”

“Great property. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape, with it pretty much furnished from Ikea. Back yard was spacious, and it was nice having the pool. Justin always reached out to let us know if the pool was to be clean or the yardwork was going to be done. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something close enough to Austin, but far enough away from the chaos of the city.”

“This was the perfect house for my family. We all met here from various parts of the country for a weekend musical festival and the house and the owner were fantastic, we did not have a single issue and would be happy to stay here again! ”

“This is a pretty no frills place to stay and was all we needed for a short overnight stay. The parking situation confused me a little and if you return late, you will likely have to guess where to park so that you aren't at risk for a tow. The bed was firm verging on hard which for me was a good thing. The property owner responded to parking questions within a few hours. ”

“We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family. The property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. There was ample parking to accommodate our group. The hot tub was an added bonus!The communication from our host was great and the neighborhood was nice.”
