“Great property. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape, with it pretty much furnished from Ikea. Back yard was spacious, and it was nice having the pool. Justin always reached out to let us know if the pool was to be clean or the yardwork was going to be done. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something close enough to Austin, but far enough away from the chaos of the city.”

“Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!”

“Property was very cute & charming! Bedrooms were super comfy and no issues at all with check in! No complaints at all. It was exactly what we were looking for! The host was even so kind to ship my daughter's favorite stuffy that she left behind the very next day!! ”

“We traveled to Georgetown for a wedding and this house was perfect as far as accommodations and location.The house felt very welcoming and warm.My husband became ill the day after we arrived and he had o be taken by ambulance to the hospital - fire department was great and very helpful. We were able to extend our stay an extra day which allowed me to get a plan made as to what my next steps were. I would love to come back again at some point to fully enjoy the beautiful home.”

“We stayed at Besitos for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The house is perfect and so clean and beautiful inside. The outside is also incredible. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s wonderful. Jan is a great host and so responsive!!!”

“Stayed here for Twostep festival. Great location for that. The house could use some more curtains, specially on the windows facing the other house. The big house was rented out as well and they said they didn't know the "little shed" was an VRBO. If the people in the big house are staying up later, it sounds like you are in an apartment and you are below them, it was really odd how the noise traveled when they aren't connected. “This house was perfect for our short stay in Belton. It is right across the street from UMHB (which we wanted) and the interior of the home was perfection. ”

“Main house was very nice! Guest house was outdated but clean and lots of room. Its in a great location. Lots to do within 15 min drive. It is mostly secluded with a gated entrance. The pool was nice and there was plenty of room for outdoor activities. ”
