“We were in Georgetown for a wedding and wanted a place where we could stay with extended family. This home comfortably slept 8 of us and was less than a 10 min drive to all the festivities downtown. The house was very clean with lots personalized touches that made it feel cozy. The home had everything we needed and then some! Extra linens, plenty of towels, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, a fantastic coffee bar, well stocked kitchen (to include some complimentary snacks), boards games, books, even……

“The home was nicely furnished with lots of sleeping options for little ones. The home has all the needed essentials. The pool is awesome we really enjoyed it. The spa was great for us in the morning and evenings. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. ”

“The house is beautiful. Very tasteful decor and open concept. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The back yard is large with so many mature oak trees and no close neighbors. We were 10 minutes from downtown Salado and shopping. We used HEB in Harker Heights, but Brookshire Brothers is closer. The hosts responded to messages immediately and were very helpful. It was a perfect stay. I’d love to do it again. ”

“Overall the property was good. Had a snafu the first night with an internet problem so the WiFi was down, but the host fixed it the next morning. We were able to get a ok signal with our hot spots so the night was not lost. Had a furry visitor. Local goat visited us. Sleeping accommodations were good. plenty of room for our group.”

“We came to Georgetown for Two Step Inn & had a great stay at the River Retreat! The weather was too cold for the pool, but it looks gorgeous & would be wonderful for warmer days. We loved the big couch in the living room for evening conversation.”
