“The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. We had to wash many of them before use. The……

“The house is beautiful! It is spacious yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable, the living area and tv set up convenient and the bathrooms and kitchen perfectly stocked. The coffee bar / tea bar was spectacular with so many great options. The location of the house was simply perfect- close to everything downtown and to college campus. We will be back soon!! ”
