“The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. We had to wash many of them before use. The……

“We absolutely loved this vintage home! Miguel was the best host! He was Quick to answer questions and has excellent customer service!! The home was clean and tide upon arrival. It was definitely so relaxing coming back to this home after attending my daughter’s cheer competition all day! We will be back for sure ! ”

“This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. “My mother, husband, and I were in the area to visit my best friend. I am so grateful I found this listing as we had a fantastic time here! The property is absolutely breathtaking with beautiful views of the countryside and farm animals. We even got to see a baby sheep that was born during our stay! Michelle was extremely hospitable, friendly, and an overall lovely southern gal. Her farmhands were very polite and would greet us in passing as they were working. The tiny house was phenomenal!
