“The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“The house was really nice however it did not have toilet paper or paper towels. It was not 100% clean which surprised me being that they charge a significant amount for the cleaning fee. They also have someone living in the back of the house which I wish I would have known but he didn’t bother us at all. It was easy to find and comfortable and they did allow a late check out which helped us out being that we were there for my mother who had a major surgery at BSW Hospital. I would definitely……

“This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion.
