“Starting off with the bad: The AC in my room was intermittent, I wanted more for noise since the place isn't sound dampened enough, but I just loaded up a noise generator on my phone. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed or I would have tried to change rooms. The spa/Jacuzzi needs filtering, the water is really dirty. The good: The place is clean inside and out. Jessica met me promptly at the desk and was awesome. She tried her best to make me comfortable and happy, even checking……
