“B1 Hotel was very good. The room was clean, quiet, well furnished, modern looking with good quality materials, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and conveniently located. Liked high ceilings. The property itself had an updated modern, simple feel. The staff was responsive and welcoming. Good location, close to the The Mall. Overally very good, but not very memorable. ”

“I always love staying at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too. ”

“Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful.”

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……
