“The apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was perfect for my wife and I as far as size and comfort. It is located very close to the main part of downtown Winston Salem so most places are within walking distance. We did have a problem getting into the front door when we first arrived as the 4 digit call did not work. A person who lives there let us in and said this happens all the time. ”

“There is some work that needs to be done to this property. Seal on toilet needs fixed, it leaks. Because of the leak the floor has rotted underneath the linoleum and sewage seeped up. The place is furnished nicely. Once the bathroom is taken care of we would recommend it.”

“Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly……

“Great place. Neighborhood was a little dicey feeling, with several rundown properties. Don’t expect Google Maps to find this easily. There’s a South Sunset it always seems to find. North Sunset has to be manually entered!”
