“The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. Some of the issues we noticed: 1: Broken Tiles in the bathroom. 2: Room furniture shows signs of wear 3: Room air conditioning not operational 4: Bed mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. “The resort is very nice, stuff friendly, the concierge very experienced and helpful. The lady at the reservation wasn’t very nice. I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better ”

“The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out. “The Duke Boutique Hotel is located right in the center of Victoria, Gozo. It is easy to get to any places in Gozo from here since the bus terminal is jut in 5-minute walk distance. This hotel provided very comfortable room/bed, fabulous breakfast (with good view) and nice service. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Gozo in the future.”
