“L’hôtel est propre et sympathique. Avec un magnifique roof top. Les chambres ont une belle superficie avec un équipement simple mais efficace. (Clim, eau chaude, bonne literie). L’accueil est par contre inhabituel pour le maroc, assez froid et rigide.”

“The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate ”

“This magnificent Kasbah is located in a majestic botanical garden adorned with roses, fig, lemon, almond, olive, and apricot trees. Our dinner and breakfast entrees were prepared from fresh ingredients in the garden. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exemplary and the outdoor pool and patios an oasis of peace and relaxation. We woke to the sounds of birds chirping in the garden and had our breakfast served in the gardens on an ornate mosaic patio. Muhammad was an excellent guide……

“We (a family of 3) had a fairly comfortable night here in early April. Very friendly owner and staff. The room is spacious, with a large bedroom and a separate sitting area. It was nicely decorated as well. We were especially pleasantly surprised to find out that the wash basin was made of the black marble with fossils unique to Morocco! The location is good and seems to be safe to walk around. We had dinner at a nearby cafe (a couple of minutes easy walk) and enjoyed the breakfast at the……

“We had a lovely week at Bab El Janoub. Iatimad looked after us amazingly well and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well furnished, the kitchen well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a basic meal. The shops nearby had all the necessary items we needed from delicious fresh bread to fresh eggs. Would happily recommend bab el janoub to anyone looking for a budget friendly apartment while they explore ouarzazate. ”
