“The rental property is charming, efficiently and attractively appointed. It was our first visit to Madison, and we very much enjoyed the convenience of walking around such a lovely community. The live music, independent restaurants and clean, safe town will probably influence a future visit. We would be happy to stay at this property again. ”

“Perfect location! We stayed when there were no big events going on, so it was relatively quiet since it's a block away from the noisier Main St. We could, however hear the renters in the main house walking around above us. It was a small kitchen/bathroom space, but was fine for us since we spent most of our time out and about. We liked that the mattress was a king, but it was rather soft, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The shower was very nice with great water pressure. We loved being……

“This was a clean and cute upstairs apartment overlooking downtown Madison. It was an excellent location for downtown shopping, river walk and the art festival. We visited during a slower time of year so not all shops were open on Monday and Tuesday, but there was still plenty to do and see. The host was very responsive and hospitable! We were surprisingly greeted with a happy anniversary balloon and a couple items from the bakery below since the host knew we were there to celebrate 2 years of……

“Such a cool place; plenty of room and perfect location. The whole building is really well done. We couldn't get in and there was no info on my email but it was really easy to get in touch with owner for that and the wifi info. The bathroom has a few loose fixtures but other than that, the place is perfect. We would definitely return!”
