You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making the renting as comfortable and home-y as possible! “We stayed for two nights on our trip back from Savannah to break up the drive and check out new river gorge park. House worked well for our group of six. Owners did a beautiful job of updating the amenities while maintaining the old house charm. This property is not for everyone but we really enjoyed checking out some of the old books, framed letters, and other items. The house is stocked with a mix of vintage items, reproductions, and modern functional pieces with vintage styling. Owners……

“Clean, well-maintained home with everything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. The kids loved a little play room off of the bunk room and climbing trees in the yard. The adults loved coffee on the peaceful porch. We all slept great on our overnight stay headed south. Would stay again! ”

“Perfect place to stay if you have a large group with a ton of machines and big trucks and trailers. We had 12 Adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the game room/livingroom/private bedroom addition is perfect for those who don’t want to go to sleep when the others do. Shelby was an awesome host and was super responsive to any of our needs. Definitely coming back again and recommend this place to everyone. Also great location for Outlaw trails and Hatfield systems.”
