“J’ai réserver pour 3 nuit,
Je préviens à l’avance que je vais arriver tard, mais il y a écris réception 24/24 donc pas de soucis. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de l’hôtel.
Donc comme prévu, j’arrive aux alentours de 2h du matin.
Nous avons dû sonner, et toquer afin que le réceptionniste se réveille car il dormais dans le hall de l’hôtel.
Donc il cherche notre réservation, il était très fatigué, il ne trouve pas, il apelle quelqu’un qui ne décroche pas, il va réveiller quelqu’un d’autre. Au bout……

“I would not recommend Camellia for business trips. Really terrible WiFi in the room and they don’t accept American Express. I encountered a cockroach the first night I arrived. I stepped on the cockroach the second day. Another cockroach appeared again a few days later… clogged drain in the bathtub during my stay. Other than that, great location and really nice people! ”

“We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. "The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. "

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."

"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏"
