“Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Ski shop had great rental options and equipment was in very good condition. Ski room was nice and lockers had plenty of room for all gear for 2 people. Ate at Altayaki the first night and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was also amazing every morning. Would definitely recommend for a ski trip and would book again.”

“We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. “bellissima la location in un ex convento. Ricordatevi di chiedere al proprietario, gentilissimo e simpaticissimo di farvi fare un giro nella chiesa e nella sala capitolare per vedere gli affreschi del 300. Mi ricorda un po' certi parador spagnoli ambientati in questo tipo di costruzioni. Peccato che non ho potuto cenare perchè era tutto prenotato (ricordatevi di prenotare prima per la cena). Idea eccellente. Mantengono anche uno stanzone per i pellegrini della via francigena”

“We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. “Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again. ”
