“Exactly what we were looking for - a place to sleep in a good location. Perfect for a single person and a couple. Bathroom is a good size for the unit and loved the balcony. Only issue we had was with the address. We were given 1st St. NE instead of 1st St. N.”

“The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host……

“A frequent visitor to the Cocoa Beach area, we decided to try the other coast for a change of pace. We chose the Tampa area as a central location for day trips to the smaller towns along the Gulf. As a hub, this place wasn’t bad, but had a lot to be desired. The condo itself was in need of some repairs and the property could use some updates/upgrades as well. air pool area, beach section, games court etc. ”

“This place is awesome. How everything you need little kitchen with all things to cook with silverware everything bedroom good sheets nice bathroom with nice big shower. Awesome if I’m in Tampa will be staying again. ”

“This is somewhere you’d definitely want to stay at. Don’t think twice about it! Literally home away from home staycation. Henry was very nice and instructions to access the room was easy. Very nice neighborhood, we felt very safe! Everything was in close range from the Tampa Fairgrounds to the Casino! My husband and I usually get hotel stays when visiting Tampa but this place has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay home. Definitely coming back here if you’ll have us again! Thank……

“Convenient to Amalie which was what we wanted. Furnishings were nice, liked the layout of the apartment. I realize the apartment is older and we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors completely there were a few cosmetic things; like towel rack in bath was coming off the wall, couldn't easily open and close the drawers on the chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms, in that same room the bed was very uncomfortable. Did not like that we could not lock the back door in the kitchen, it didn't……
