“Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price……

“This flat is clean, neat and beautiful! We love it and we will visit again. The bathroom is tiny but very well appointed. They even include quality soaps, shampoos, etc. Whoever redesigned this craftsman home into flats did a great job. Its cozy! Perfectly close to downtown and all the night life. 2 minute uber ride to just about anything you want to do! The bed was comfortable. The TV is gigantic, and has all the apps you could need. My only complaint is the ice maker is loud, and i would have……

“Private small sandy beach area”

“The room had everuthing we needed. I booked a room with a pool view and when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised by having a partial view of the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away which was great. Got to see some wonderful sunsets. Pool was amazing. ”

“100/10. I enjoyed every second in St. petersburg, but what made it even better was staying in this place. Everything was near us! It was very clean and organized with beautiful decorations. Everything you needed in a house was inside the guest house. If anybody is visiting st. petersburg, I recommend staying in here. Sydnei is so kind and has been a big help overall!
