“We visit family here quite a bit and have stayed at a few places on the property. This one was one of the best and easiest to access. Great views. Clean. Easy in and out. Couldn’t ask for more ”

“Nice studio unit. Very clean with comfortable bed. Easy to get to with off-street parking.Nice large TV with streaming available. No cable so we couldn’t watch the NFL playoffs :-(Only negative we found was that the water pressure was low in shower. Overall, really nice place!”

“Great place, great location, Parking on the street is no big deal. The back yard is just a small concrete pad, not important to me. The overall decor is top notch. Place looks brand new with many flower arrangements located throughout the house. The small bedroom mattress was not that comfortable but other to choose from. Looking for a more upscale home, this is it.”

“We stayed for a quick weekend, in town for a wedding. The property is BETTER and more spacious than pictures make it seem. Very clean and well stocked for our stay! Great location. Thanks again!”

“The neighborhood is a little sketchy and not really close to anything. You definitely don’t feel safe walking around. House was nice, needs updated pillows and more furniture in the living room instead of 2 futons. ”

“House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. ”

“Neighborhood was not what we expected. Close to busy streets. Heard a few sirens. Pool was ok. Seemed like it was older and had to pay additional money for it to be heated. House was nice, bed we used was comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay. ”
