“We had a wondeful family girls trip to this very comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. This condo was the perfect location for access to the St. Pete beaches, only a 5 minute drive! Also very close to Eckerd college, where my daughter is in college. The decor is cute and classy. Our host was very accessible when we had a question. Pool is wonderful and clean. Lovely place for walks. Check out the great coffee/breakfast shop in the shopping plaza across the main way!”

“We passed two weeks at the historic Butler House in Pass-a-Grille The Butler House, a charming turn of the century building that has been transformed in condos. Just steps from the beach, the unit decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques was like stepping back in time. Our host Joan was just marvelous!! She was very attentive to any requests that we had and is a delight. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and unwind!! Not to be missed”

“Sherri was very quick in responding to my many questions while I was looking for a place to stay at Sunrise Resort. Her condo was clean upon arrival and she was very accomadating in getting us booked for the days that we were looking for. There was an issue with the dishwasher in the condo and Sherri had maintenace there within the hour to troubleshoot and fix. Could not have asked for better service or a cleaner, comfortable safe place to stay. Walk on the beach every morning and meals on……

“Lots of room and appeared just as photos advertised. Neighbourhood was quiet and generally clean. Property manager was very “on the ball” and instructions were clear. Overall a nice place to stay. We found the bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable, difficult to have a good sleep. The kitchen only has very limited pots and pans for cooking and no scissors. However plenty of dishes for meals. Everything appeared very clean except the floors, they need more attention for sure. Good value for the……
