“This is our second stay with Carmen and you cannot beat it. Beautiful location, easy check in, comfortable and clean. We didn't arrive until 1 am and had no problem getting through security without the parking pass. We just let her know where we were staying and who we rented through. We will be back again next year!”

Host answered the phone immediately when we called with a door lock issue but it resolved itself while on the phone. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were nice to have. There is not a list of do’s and do nots waiting for you when you arrive which was a nice change ”

“We frequently stay at Sailport Resort when we visit my mother. Sailport was sold out so we found a unit on VRBO at Sailport. I do like the idea of knowing which unit you'll be getting prior to check in. This unit overlooks the conservatory where, from the balcony, we watched dolphin, stingrays, and cool birds right from the balcony. Very comfortable chairs on the balcony. At the time of this review, the description says fourth floor. This is inaccurate as the unit is on the 2nd floor which is……

“Other than the TV being a hassle to figure out the place was accurate as listed. There was construction taking place while we were there so if you were outside enjoying the private beach area you heard constant noise during the day which was annoying. ”
