“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host……

“We loved this VRBO. Quiet area out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, but close enough to enjoy the city. The place was super cute and very clean. We had one issue, but Carmen took care of it right away. The pool area was wonderful. And we even saw dolphins in the canal!!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It was close to the beach and there was a yummy bar and grill right down the street. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carmen!!!”

“Convenient to Amalie which was what we wanted. Furnishings were nice, liked the layout of the apartment. I realize the apartment is older and we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors completely there were a few cosmetic things; like towel rack in bath was coming off the wall, couldn't easily open and close the drawers on the chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms, in that same room the bed was very uncomfortable. Did not like that we could not lock the back door in the kitchen, it didn't……

“We had a fantastic stay at Mint House! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and had everything we needed including in room laundry machines. The only note is that the surrounding area gets a bit loud on the weekends since it is in a fun part of town with a lot of night life, but if that is something you don't mind I cannot recommend Mint House enough :) ”
