“The house was as described, very quiet area. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend to friends and families looking for a place in the area.”

“We stayed in 1835. The decor was so cute! We loved sitting down by the water on the areas they had for guest to relax. They only improvement was a more comfortable couch for the living room. We were busy during the day but wanted to watch tv to relax at night. The room itself was clean especially the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Had a very comfortable leg stay for a week long work trip. The cottage had everything I need to cook a bit. The bed and bedding were insanely comfy. Getting there and checking in were a breeze. ”

“Unfortunately we had a bad . We were subject to a dog bite (owner of the properties dog was unleashed and running around the property. It jumped over a bush and latched it mouth on our dogs neck.) that punctured our dogs neck. We elected to leave due to safety concerns. What if my wife or I walked out? Would the dog attack us? The owner of the property spoke to us, but referred us to Vacasa for a refund. She decided to not assist us, although she was getting paid for this rental.Only to have……

“We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT……

“Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the……

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“The Cottage was as depicted in the photo. It was clean, and the host was very responsive. It was a little difficult to find it, and some repairs needed to be made. All said the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and there were plenty of towels. The orange juice and eggs in the fridge were a nice touch. Thank you.”

“We had a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This was a perfect location between the fields and the beach. The house was nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for our use! It was a little cool for the screened in porch but that was a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again. ”
