“Checkin was incredibly easy. The kitchen served its purpose, although I wish there had been a few more utensils and a larger baking sheet as we were 4 people. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, but then worked very well. You could not beat the location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning and evening.”

“The home was very spacious and equipped with additional household items. It was a very pleasant surprise! This was a family trip for a graduation and the size and parking was perfect for a large family. Everything was clean inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay again! ”

“Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.”

“Beautiful house and Alli were absolutely perfect! We had such a good time. The pool was fantastic. The house was beautiful completely stocked not a thing in the world you could ask for that. She didn’t already have there. I’ve stayed at many places and this was the absolute best!! The detached residence was very comfortable and also well stocked. “What a pleasant surprise! Super spacious and well renovated and super clean!! ”

“Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price……
