“The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed! It made our stay super easy. They have thought through every detail with this property. We enjoyed utilizing the pool, walking the neighborhood and heading to the beach. The condo is close to local airports, downtown St. Pete or Tampa and a 5 minute drive to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-grille. We love Isla and enjoyed being on this part of the island. Would definitely recommend and visit again!”

“The condo was spacious and in a great location. Not super clear on the listing, so just a note that it is on the second floor so you need to go 2 flights of stairs. The pools were heated and nice. Nicely located to spend time in Bradenton, Anna Maria, or even Siesta Key. ”

“Very nice complex with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. Very clean. Owner very responsive with my questions. Very close to IMG Academy. Loved the patio. The only thing I didn't like was the (2-bedroom) decor - box spring and bed frame exposed & blankets were both twin size (with one bed being a full) - photo shows nicer bedspreads. But I would still consider booking this unit again. Thanks, Ning.”

“The condo was just as described, and the check in/check out process was easy. Would have preferred that the thermostat not be limited to 70 degrees (didn't need to set it at 65 degrees but a few degrees cooler would have been appropriate), but other than that, it was great. ”

“We had a wondeful family girls trip to this very comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. This condo was the perfect location for access to the St. Pete beaches, only a 5 minute drive! Also very close to Eckerd college, where my daughter is in college. The decor is cute and classy. Our host was very accessible when we had a question. Pool is wonderful and clean. Lovely place for walks. Check out the great coffee/breakfast shop in the shopping plaza across the main way!”

“We passed two weeks at the historic Butler House in Pass-a-Grille The Butler House, a charming turn of the century building that has been transformed in condos. Just steps from the beach, the unit decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques was like stepping back in time. Our host Joan was just marvelous!! She was very attentive to any requests that we had and is a delight. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and unwind!! Not to be missed”

“Everything was as advertised. We found the food at Sunset Grill to be amazing! We did not pack our own beach towels so we bought some at a Dollar General nearby. The beds were vwey comfortable and the property layout was exactly what our family expexted.”
