“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……

“The host was very communicative before we arrived and made the check-in process simple. Be advised...your GPS may take you to the neighbor's house, so check the address when you arrive. The property was clean and offered enough room for 6 adults to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We had everything we needed and more. The host provided a variety of "extras" to make the stay enjoyable, including kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. While our group of seniors……

“We had a great stay at an excellent home. The owner truly thought of everything. Lots of room and onsite toys to keep everyone occupied. Not far from the beach and other activities. Our group was extended family from 70 to 1 year old.”

“The place was perfect! Very clean, well maintained, easy check-in process and the hosts were great. The best part was the very large jacuzzi in the back screened in porch. We plan to keep this place on the list of places to stay next time we are in Tampa.”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. We travel with our jetski’s so the dock & on property boat ramp were perfect for our needs. We kayaked one morning down the canal of mangroves and enjoyed the manatee. The house was very well equipped and clean. Overall, just very pleased and would recommend visiting. ”
